FAQ

Do you take appointments?

Yes. To see any of our doctors, please click below to book an appointment through our online booking system, or call us on (02) 8322 9000.

BULK BILLING AVAILABLE
Monday-Friday 8am until 6pm
Fees will apply after 6pm on weekdays and all day on weekends for Medicare card holders.
Pensioner and Concession card holders will be bulk billed after hours.
Fees will apply for Private Health Fund members at all times.

Do you take walk-ins?

Yes, however, appointments do take priority. Lengthy delays may arise. You will be seen by the first available doctor.

Where are you located?

Our address is Suite 3, 36-38 Victoria St East, Burwood NSW 2134.

We are ideally located for those who live or work in Ashfield, Croydon, Croydon Park, Burwood, Strathfield, Strathfield South, Breakfast Point, Cabarita, Concord, Canada Bay, Burwood Heights, Mortlake, North Strathfield, Homebush, Homebush West, Belfield, Ashbury, Canterbury, Hurlstone Park, and Enfield.

Do you take overseas health insurance?

Fees apply for Private Health Fund members at all times. You will receive a receipt, with which you can make a partial claim back from your Insurance company.

Do you take Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)? Do you do direct billing?

Fees apply for Private Health Fund members at all times. You will receive a receipt, with which you can make a partial claim back from your Insurance company.

Do you have X-ray and ultrasound facilities?

We have X-ray but unfortunately no ultrasound. Victoria Tower X-Ray is located within the medical centre. For more information, click here.

Do you have pathology (blood collection)?

Yes. Clinical Labs is located within the medical centre. For more information, click here. Bulk billed - all pathology requests welcome.

How long does it take for blood tests to come back?

Standard blood tests: 3-5 days

Do you have a disabled toilet?

Yes. Our facilities are wheel-chair accessible.

Do you have a chemist / pharmacy in the practice?

Yes, open Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and weekends 9am to 5pm.

Do you have a treatment room?
